Cedar Hill is in-network with most insurance providers as well as state-sponsored plans and is able to bill your insurer for teletherapy sessions just as we do your standard in-office visit:

Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) credit cards are accepted for many other insurance plans .

If your plan offers out-of-network benefits, your therapist can provide you with a receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Out-of-Pocket Rates

Standard Rates for Therapy: 
Intake Sessions are $225 
Individual and Relational Sessions (50 min) are $185

PLEASE NOTE:
Our rates will be increasing effective 1/1/26 to reflect changes in insurance reimbursement and the rising costs of maintaining a thoughtful, client-centered practice.

Intake Sessions will be $285
Individual and Relational Sessions (50 min) will be $225

Reduced Rate and Sliding Scale:
Cedar Hill is proud to offer our community low-cost healthcare for income-qualified clients. Sliding scale is $120/50 min session.

How to Pay:
Payment/Co-payment is processed weekly and can also be paid online using the client portal. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
