I am deeply committed to gender- and sexuality-affirming care. I work collaboratively to explore identity, heal relational wounds, and challenge internalized beliefs shaped by systemic forces. My approach centers the wisdom of the body and honors the complexity of lived experience. Together, we'll cultivate curiosity, softness, and sustainable transformation.

I provide gender and sexuality-affirming care for queer, trans, non-binary, LGBTQIA+, and all individuals navigating the daily impacts of colonized, cisheteronormative systems. Grounded in a trauma-informed lens, our work together may emphasize the mind-body connection and integrate somatic skills to support nervous system regulation and embodied healing. I help clients explore how family dynamics, relationship patterns, and cultural narratives impact one's internal world—often in ways that may consider unlearning and gentle innate reconnection. Through self-compassion practice, forgiveness work, and attunement to both internal and external cues, I aim to create a space where your identity is perfect, your story is honored, and you feel empowered in whatever aspect of your journey you are on.
