Therapy is different for everyone. I believe one of the most important aspects of successful work in therapy comes from the strength of the client/therapist relationship. The process of solving emotional and relational problems can be intimidating, but ultimately very rewarding.

​I work with individuals, couples and families to help them discover their strengths and build on them. The process of change will be unique to each person, and I'm honored to be a part of each individuals path to health.
